李芳,分析化学博士,研究员,博士生导师,深圳市高层次人才,现任中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院科学仪器研究所(筹)研究员。主要从事质谱分析领域研究,致力于代谢组学、空间代谢组学新方法开发及其在环境健康领域的创新应用。围绕环境污染物暴露与健康效应研究,聚焦“污染物暴露—代谢扰动—健康效应—靶向干预”全链条,建立了以代谢毒性为效应导向的研究方法体系,在环境暴露健康风险评估、污染物代谢毒性机制解析和空间代谢毒理学等方面取得了系列成果。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家重点研发计划课题1项、深圳市基础研究重点项目等科研项目,在 Science of the Total Environment、Particle and Fibre Toxicology、Chinese Chemical Letters、Journal of Environmental Sciences 等期刊发表多篇代表性论文,申请中国发明专利25项,并参与团体标准制定。现任深圳市分析测试学会环境与水体专委会副主任委员。

1. 围绕代谢组学与空间代谢组学方法学创新,发展了适用于痕量、复杂代谢物的高灵敏度、高覆盖度分析与成像技术。
2. 推动环境毒理学研究向空间维度拓展,实现污染物毒性效应的原位可视化解析,并为靶向干预策略提供理论与技术支撑。
